SCP-RP Rules

The Basics (Read Them)
Don’t let SCPS out of the CC without permissions.
No one can be friends with SCP’s (besides other scp’s) No Exceptions
Do not break NLR (New Life Rule).
Do not RDM (Random Deathmatch).
Do not copy someone's name.
Racism is not accepted on this server.
Do not SexualRP (This includes RapeRP).
Your name must contain characters typeable by an English keyboard.
Your name must contain a First and Last Name (This can be ignored if you are playing as a SCP, however you must have your job name as your name as an SCP).
Only English is allowed in the IC chat and/or in any IC situations. This includes any kind of Voice Chat. (IC = In Character)
All languages are allowed in OOC Chat.
You can't have a space in between each character in your name.
Always follow Fear RP - the idea that you value your life and must act accordingly in dangerous situations to prevent death.
You may not attack people with a gun/stun gun pointed at you.
Do not build props you have to crouch or jump over in the facility.
Do not Metagame (Use In-Game informations in the OOC or OOC Informations In-Game)
Do not FailRP (Doing Unrealistic things)
Do not exploit/abuse any bugs or glitches, doing so will result in a punishment (depends on the situation), instead, report them on the forums.
Do not build/kill in spawn.
Do not Prop Abuse (this includes surfing, killing, spamming, climbing and blocking or any other type of prop abuse).
Do not Mic Spam (whether it's music, voice or noise, any type of spam).
Do not abuse advert chat, you may only use advert to advertise a event, radio communication, or an announcement (If you have the correct job).
Do not spawn inappropriate structures.
Do not block NPCs around the map (If there are any).
The Tall Building Roof's are normally used for Sits(Situations), so please avoid getting up there.
Don’t advertise other servers/communities. (can lead to a permanent ban)
If you are TU, or a Security Guard you're only allowed to leave the facility if there's a breach of 3+ SCPs!
You may not breach with more than 2 SCPs at the same time without permission from an Head Administrator or Higher Ranked Member of Staff.
Use common sense.

Job Specific Rules
 
Facility SCPs:
 
SCP-006 FR
-You may only kill inside your fridge/storage room, or outside your shop.
-You may be tazed/stunned, and cuffed.
-When cuffed you may not use your weapon, and you will follow orders. (You may only be cuffed if it's within five seconds after you were tazed/stunned or while you're tazed/stunned)
-You shop is located in your cell.
-SCP-006 FR can not team with any other SCP
 
SCP-008A
-When you go active you will kill anything that looks human. (Looks human = A human model)
-You can only be stopped by your death. (meaning you can not be cuffed/tazed/bagged etc.)
-SCP-008 can not team with any other SCP
 
SCP-035
- You may only make a player your host IN YOUR CELL.
- You can make infected players kill people/follow your commands.
- You may not make infected/controlled players break rules.
- If you're SCP-035, you need a host to do stuff. If you don't have a host, then you can't go outside of your cell.
-When your host puts on the mask you must kill the host. In order to assume their body.
-You can not infect/control Unity X-50.
-You may not infect other SCPs.
-You may be tazered/stunned, cuffed, and bagged.
-When cuffed you may not use your weapon, and you will follow orders. (You may only be cuffed if it's within five seconds after you were tazed/stunned or while you're tazed/stunned)
-When bagged you may not use mind control.
-You can not mindcontrol through glass.
-You may mindcontrol while having a host

 
SCP-049
- You may/will attack any players with your swep if attacked.
-You may command your Zombies to do things, for example: "Kill that Guard".
-Commanding your Zombies to break server rules is not allowed.
-You can not infect/control Unity X-50.
-You may not infect other SCPs.
- You have to listen to people with guns out! (FearRP)
-SCP-049 can only team with the following SCPs: 049-2(zombies) scp 035
 
(049 Zombies)
-You may kill all players, except other SCPs.
-You may only use your Zombie Swep/Knife 
- You may not use your keycard as a Zombie
-You may not open doors as a Zombie.
-Follow SCP 049's commands (Unless it's a command that breaks a server rule).
-SCP-049 can only team with the following SCPs: 049 and 008 
 
SCP-079
-You can control Unity X-50 within a 15 meter radius (You may only control one Unity X-50 at a time).
-You cannot hack the AI.
-You may help C.I if plugged in, however you are not needed to.
-You can not activate the nukes
-You have to do whatever you can to stop the nukes, as you will die if nuked
-SCP-079 can not team with any other SCP however, he can breach SCPs if plugged in and hacked the A.I
 
 
 
SCP-087
-You may not breach as this SCP.
-You will Jumpscare anyone that views you coffin through a camera.
-SCP-087 can not team with any other SCP
 
SCP-096
-When not active, you may not use your SCP swep, and you most constantly try to hide your face.
-When someone sees your face, you must kill that person, and then go back to not being active.
-You may be bagged.
-When bagged you may not use your weapon, and you will follow orders 
-When bagged no one can see your face.
-To contain SCP 096, you must kill all SCP 096-2 (People who looked at 096’s face)
-When a person sees SCP 096 face 096 can rip off the bag and go for the guy who saw his face.
-SCP-096 can not team with any other SCP
 
SCP 106
- You may only attack players with your swep in your "Wonderland" if you and the victim is alone.
- You may not abuse your attack/ability to make it impossible for players to move.
-You must return back to your Containment Cell, when someone activates the Sound Transmission.
-You may not bring/teleport other SCPs into your "Wonderland".
-You may only breach if your Containment Cell is lowered.
- You may not come out of noclip in a well populated room. As in only if you are alone with one other person or you are alone yourself.
-SCP-106 can not team with any other SCP
 
SCP-131A
-You are allowed to run around in the Facility freely with the permission of a Supervisor or higher.
-When you are in contact with SCP 173, SCP 173 may not move nor kill anyone.
 
 
SCP-131B
-You are allowed to run around in the Facility freely with the permission of a Supervisor or higher.
 
-When you are in contact with SCP 173, SCP 173 may not move nor kill anyone.
 
 
 
 
 
SCP-173
- You may not move while others can see you.
- You may only attack by snapping someone's neck.
- You may kill if it is one isolated member in your containment cell, even if in line of sight.
- You may kill players as long as no players are watching.
-When in contact with SCP 131 A and SCP 131 B, you must not move nor kill anyone.
-You may not be stunsticked.
- You may not open doors.
-SCP-173 can not team with any other SCP
 
SCP-513
-You only go active when someone rings your bell, and you only follow the one who rang it.
-You may kill people who ring your bell only
-You should only be out of cloak when your bell has been rung, otherwise you must stay in cloaked state at all times.
-When your target has died, return to your bell.
-SCP-513 can not team with any other SCP
 
SCP-666
-You will kill everything that isn't an SCP, unless of course you are attacked by an SCP.
-You may be tazed/stunned, and cuffed.
-When cuffed you may not use your weapon, and you will follow orders. (You may only be cuffed if it's within five seconds after you were tazed/stunned or while you're tazed/stunned)
-SCP-666 can not team with any other SCP
 
SCP-682
- You hate living things.
- You get pissed easily.
- SCP 682 may listen to orders if the guards have 999 or he'll just run away.

- Once you kill the person who pissed you off you have to wait 10 seconds before you aggro again.
- Reasons to get pissed: Shots fired, mic spam, props clanging, sounding alarms, being attacked/taking damage, being pointed at with a gun (Does not count if they have it lowered/holstered).
-Only security can order SCP 682 as long as he's not raged.
-SCP-682 can only team with the following SCPs: SCP 079
 
SCP-895
-You may not spam your Scream attack.
-You may not breach as this SCP.
-You may only kill people when the coffin has been opened and viewed through a camera.
-SCP-895 can not team with any other SCP
 
 
 
SCP-999
-You are allowed to run around in the Facility freely with the permission of a Supervisor or higher.
-When touched by this SCP you will calm down, and feel happiness. Also if you are touched for long enough, you will start to uncontrollably laugh. This effect will slowly stop after the SCP has stopped touching you. (Long enough = Ten seconds or more)
 
 
SCP-1048
-You may not kill through the glass in your containment cell.
-You may choose to resist orders. However you will be shot.
-You can not infect/control Unity X-50.
-SCP-1048 can only team with the following SCPs: 1048-D
 
SCP-1048-D
-You may not spam your Scream attack.
-You may not attack without a valid reason.
-Reasons that are valid: Being attacked, being provoked. (You may only kill the person who attacked/provoked you)
-You can not infect/control people.
-SCP-1048-D can only team with the following SCPs: 1048
 
SCP-3041
-You may not spam your Scream attack.
-You may not attack without a valid reason.
-Reasons that are valid: Being attacked, being provoked. (You may only kill the person who attacked/provoked you)
-SCP-3041 can not team with any other SCP
 
SCP-4105
-You are allowed to run around in the Facility freely with the permission of a Member of O5.
-You are a Safe/Euclid class. However, you will kill anyone that provokes you.
-Reasons to be provoked: Shots fired at you, micspam, being attacked/taking damage, being pointed at with a gun (Does not count if they have it lowered/holstered).
-You may be tazed/stunned, and cuffed.
-When cuffed you may not use your weapon, and you will follow orders. (You may only be cuffed if it's within five seconds after you were tazed/stunned or while you're tazed/stunned)
-SCP-4105 can not team with any other SCP
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
SCP-4500
-You are allowed to run around in the Facility freely with the permission of a Member of O5.
-You will help with containing breaches.
-You may only use your primary SCP Swep attack once every 7 seconds.
-You may not use any of 4500’s right-click abilities
-You may not use your teleport function
-You may advert, however do not abuse it. 
-You may not use the break/deletion ability. (It is a perma-bannable offence to use this irresponsibly)
-Your purpose is to contain SCPs only.
 
SCP-5800
-You may go on a murderous rampage, or to be a pacifist.
-You may be given permission to roam by a Supervisor/ O5 member
-To calm you down, you need to be given "Biscuits".
-You may be tazed/stunned, cuffed.
-When cuffed you may not use your weapon, and you will follow orders. (You may only be cuffed if it's within five seconds after you were tazed or while you're tazed)
-SCP-5800 can not team with any other SCP
 
Facility Personnel/Security Personnel:
 
Recruit Guard
-You may only hit the Class D's once if they don't comply.
-You may not have a gun.
-You may not leave the Class D area, or you can be KOS’ed
-You may not kill or stunstick Class D’s inside of their cells.
 
 
 
 
 
Security Guard
-You may only hit the Class D's once if they don't comply.
-You may have any assault rifle, pistol, or shotgun
-You may not leave Low containment zone, or you can be KOS’ed (unless ordered to go there)
 
 
Tactical Unit
-You patrol/Guard Light Containment Zone looking for potential breaches.
-You may have any assault rifle, pistol, or shotgun.
-You may not go to Entrance Zone.
 
 
Heavy Tactical Unit
-You patrol LCZ and HCZ looking for potential breaches or infiltrations.
-You may have any assault rifle, pistol, or shotgun.
-You may not go to Entrance Zone.
 
Tactical Unit O5
-You are to stay with and protect the O5 Members at all times.
-You may have any assault rifle, pistol, or shotgun.
 
 
Sergeant
-You take control of all TU Units, except for TU O5 Units.
-You take control of the LCZ Zone, also known as "Lower Containment Zone".
-You may have any gun.
 
 
Lieutenant
-You command the Sergeant and the entire TU, expect the TU O5.
-You control the HCZ Zone, also known as "Higher Containment Zone".
-You are allowed to give commands to Unity X-50.
-You may have any gun.
 
 
Commander
-You take control of all TU Units, expect TU O5.
-You control the LCZ, HCZ Zones.
-You are allowed to give commands to Unity X-50.
-You may have any gun.
-You may request the AI to launch a Nuke. 
 
 
Artificial Intelligence
-When not assigned orders, patrol facility and build up a report of what's going on to highest ranking member inside facility.
-You may not be commanded by anyone lower than the rank of Commander. However lower ranks may make requests to a certain extent.
-You may be hacked by 079 once he is plugged into the mainframe. Once hacked, you must follow 079’s commands.
-You may not advert that you are hacked/being hacked
 
 
Engineer Tactical Unit
-You may only guard the Electrical center.
-You may have any assault rifle, pistol, or shotgun.
-You may leave the electrical center if ordered to by commander/lieutenant/O5
Disinfection Unit Tactical Unit
-May only be active during breaches.
-May only use his Flamethrower swep in a SCP 049 or SCP 1048 breach.
-Instructions on what certain SCPs may be tazed/stunned/cuffed/bagged:
SCP-006 FR: Tazed/Stunned, and cuffed.
SCP-035: Bagged
SCP-096: Bagged
SCP-666: Tazed/Stunned, and cuffed.
SCP-4105: Tazed/Stunned, and cuffed.

Unity X-50
-You may not be commanded by anyone lower than the rank of Lieutenant.
-You are to help in breaches, unless ordered not to.
-You can not be infected, and you can't be controlled by SCP 035.
-You may be hacked by SCP 079.
-You must follow the A.I’s order
 
Gun Dealer Tactical Unit
-You may only give weapons to Security Personnel.
-Recruit Guards may not be given weapons.
 
 
Containment Specialist
-You are to contain SCPs in breaches.
-Instructions on what certain SCPs may be tazed/stunned/cuffed/bagged:
SCP-006 FR: Tazed/Stunned, and cuffed.
SCP-035: Bagged.
SCP-096: Bagged.
SCP-666: Tazed/Stunned, and cuffed.
SCP-4105: Tazed/Stunned, and cuffed.
SCP-5800: Tazed/Stunned, and cuffed.
 
 
Researcher Assistant
-You may NOT research, you may only assist in them.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Researcher

- Class D's can escape from your escort, the Security Personnel is there to stop Class D's from escaping.
- You cannot kill Class D's. You experiment on them.
- You can not be above ground. Remain in the SCP foundation at all times.
 
 
Researcher Confirmed
-You do tests on the Class D's.
- You can only escort Class D's to testing labs with an escort of at least one Security Personnel.
- Class D's can escape from your escort, the Security Personnel is there to stop Class D's from escaping.
- You cannot kill Class D's. You experiment on them.
- You can not be above ground. Remain in the SCP foundation at all times.
-You may carry a pistol.
 
 
Supervisor
- You do tests on the Class D's.
- You can only escort Class D's to testing labs with an escort of at least one Security Personnel.
- Class D's can escape from your escort, the Security Personnel is there to stop Class D's from escaping.
- You cannot kill Class D's. You experiment on them.
- You can not be above ground. Remain in the SCP foundation at all times.
- You decide where the other researchers test.
-You need perm from O5 to test, however you can grant or deny other requests that are researcher confirmed and below
-You may carry a pistol.
 
Member of O5
-You are a Member of the O5, you're very important and your life matters more than any Personnel.
-If there are TU O5 online, they MUST protect you at all times with their life.
-You may command the Tactical O5 Units.
-If there are not any TU O5, you are to be protected by any Security member at all times.
-You are allowed to give commands to Unity X-50.
-You may order the AI to launch a Nuke.
-You may not order people to break rules. (Will result in strong punishment.)
-You may only have a pistol
 
Porter
-Your job is to clean the SCP Containment Cells that are Class: Euclid and Class: Safe.
 
 
Intensive Surface Tech
-You are allowed to go to the surface.
-You need to be escorted to surface if you have permission to go there
-You will report any suspicious activities on surface.
 
Doctor
-You heal people. You may only heal a Class D with permission from Security Personnel.
 
 
Class D
- You can only befriend other Class-D’s.
-When stunsticked, you must comply to orders given by the SCP Security.
-You must stay in your cells, No more than 2 class D are allowed in a cell.
-If you leave your cell to run towards the exit of the Class D block you will be shot.
 
 
 
Agent of Insurrection
-The "Nobody" is your leader, and you must obey him. (Unless if it's orders that break the rules)
- You may raid the SCP labs to break out the SCP's and Class D's.
- You may attack SCP security research personnel.
- You may not attack Class D's. You help them escape.
- You cannot build in the SCP labs.
- You may only base in the Chaos Insurgencies spawn base.
-You may only start a raid when outside the SCP Facility or at the Class D Cells.
- You may only raid every 30 minutes.
-You may only breach 2 SCPs. (Note. SCPs can attack/assault you even if you are C.I)
 
Nobody
-You are the leader of the Insurrection and all Agents must obey you. (Unless if you give orders that break the rules)
- You may raid the SCP labs to break out the SCP's and Class D's.
- You may attack SCP security research personnel.
- You may not attack Class D's. You help them escape.
- You cannot build in the SCP labs.
- You may only base in the Chaos Insurgencies spawn base.
-You may only start a raid when outside the SCP Facility or at the Class D Cells.
- You may only raid every 30 minutes.
- You may only kill members of the facility if you are alone with them, if you do, other members of the facility must not kos you as they do not know what happened.
- However, If there are members of the facility within earshot of you killing someone, and they know it's happened then you may kos. example: You kill someone alone In a room and someone else is just outside the door and hears you doing it.The Basics (Read Them)

Erm, scp-1048 isn't allowed to roam around the facility according to documents (inside SCP:CB game and in the wiki) since he was reclassified as keter, as the facility found out he takes human parts and crafts them into another version of him, which is extremly hostile towards humans.


Would like to request re-classification in-game and start changing the rules so that he is not allowed to roam around without guards watching over him.

-You cant dictate laws about Break Rules...
-You may need 1 05 Guard when you go to a Ecluid.

Joker mate ya know you done goofed as on this you put on SCP 079 "You cannot hack the AI." Then you go to the AI rules then it says this "-You may be hacked by SCP 079." So can ya fix it?

King- SCP 079 IS AI but, he can decide if to help the facility or not. But to make SCP 079 affective you need to turn RDC which most of the players think that is used for opening gate A. That's why enabling RDC is enabling AI. And the AI in security job is just something you made up. There is no actual friendly AI, it's just SCP 079.
